The difference between aloe vera juice and gel

As a matter of fact, the gel is simply extracted from the plant and at times, a little rubber is added to make it more consistent, but this is totally a natural product.

Aloe vera juice in contrast, is literally, a mixture of water and aloe vera gel, and practically, it is made in a natural and an almost unanimous manner. You can even make it yourself if you have a plant, simply take the pulp without the skin and mix it with a little water, but be careful, it tends to oxidize very fast.

The industrial process of preparing the juice on the other hand, comes from grinding the aloe vera leaves and as always, there are both foods and drinks… If you decide to buy try to opt for an aloe vera juice containing at least 50 % of aloe vera in it.

Ideally, the juice has to be produced by cold pressure which will allow it to preserve all its properties in its original state, but this is evidently very much expensive.
